About My Family

I am married to my high-school sweetheart, Patty, and we have three adult children. Patty is a high-school teacher in Bixby and serves as a partner in the church planting work.

Our oldest daughter, Elaina, lives in Bixby and helps us with the church as she also serves as a school teacher for Bixby Middle School.

Charissa lives in Phoenix with her husband, David. She has a degree from Grand Canyon University and works in cyber security.

Moriah lives in Broken Arrow with her husband, Ryan Fisher. She works for Hilti and supports her husband’s work as the recreation director at First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow.

I serve as the lead pastor of Bixby.Church. I am also a professor for Rockbridge Seminary and Life Purpose Coach through FocusUnleashed, LLC and the John Maxwell Team.

About My Church Plant

Bixby.Church exists to glorify God by helping people find and fulfill His purpose for their lives. We accomplish this through our B.I.X.B.Y. vision that seeks to lead people to BELONG to God’s forever family, to INCREASE in Christlikeness, to XPRESS their shape in service and to BRIDGE the gap with the gospel as they YIELD their lives to God.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.

Pray

Pray for boldness to share the gospel and open hearts among the people to whom we speak. Pray that through this ministry, more people would come to saving faith and live on mission. Pray for stamina and longevity for ministry amidst attacks from the enemy.

Participate

Build relationships with missionaries and their families. Send notes of encouragement. Learn birthdays and anniversaries, so you can send gifts and cards.
Learn the ministry strategy and context, so you can provide relevant resources. Support a missionary financially.
