About My Family
I am the lead pastor of The Vine Church in Mount Pleasant, Texas. I am a husband, dad, veteran and graduate of East Texas Baptist University (ETBU). I also serve as a tech deacon for four churches, a network of churches that assists with digital resources and communications software.
Heather, my wife, is a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She previously served as a full-time children’s minister and remains active in ministry. We have one son, Easton.
We are passionate about reaching men and families in Northeast Texas—especially those disconnected from church. The Vine is a gospel-rooted community that’s biblical, missional and relevant.
Our family loves hunting, fishing, playing board games and having real conversations that point people to Jesus.

About My Church Plant
The Vine Church exists to be a gospel-rooted community connecting others to Jesus. We believe transformation happens through the power of the gospel and authentic relationships. Our mission is to cultivate relationships through hospitality, to connect others to Jesus through missional living and to contribute to the kingdom by multiplying disciples and planting churches.
Replanted from a church with nine members, The Vine is now a thriving, multigenerational church where people from their 20s to 90s gather to worship, grow in the Word and live on mission. My ministry centers on gospel proclamation and biblical literacy with a focus on equipping men to lead with humility, courage and respect.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
