About My Family
Nohemi and I married on March 31, 2010. We have three boys: Matthew, Joseph and David. We were both born in Mexico and raised in the U.S. The Lord has used that for the advancement of His kingdom among Hispanics in the U.S. Since we connect with both cultures, we are able to serve and reach not only the first generation Hispanic immigrants but also the second one.
As a family we enjoy watching movies, traveling, water parks and just about every fun activity there is to do.

About My Church Plant
My wife and I saw the need for Spanish ministry in the Kansas City metro area, and together we answered the call to church planting five years ago. We planted Primera Iglesia Bautista de Independence in Independence, Mo. While pastoring that church, the Lord called us to plant another Hispanic church on the north side of the city. We partnered with Northland Baptist Church, and together we are planting Northland Baptist en Español.
We have started an English as a Second Language (ESL) ministry for our community. We have more than 20 students enrolled and have seen three families come to faith during the first month of the ESL ministry. We are currently meeting on Sunday nights at 6 p.m. for a Bible study and launched on Easter of 2020.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
