About My Family
I was born and raised in Syria and came to faith in 2006. For seven years, I served with the Bible Society in Syria, both in their library in Aleppo as well traveling to other cities for literature distribution. I also served with Baptist relief efforts for three years during the war in Syria.
In 2016, I came to Canada and in 2021. I started remote theology studies with Program for Theological Education by Extension (PTEE). I married Natalie in 2020. Natalie helps me with the administrative aspects of my ministry as well as accompanying me during family visits, especially when visiting females. We have a 2-year-old boy, Nathanael, and expecting a second child in September 2024.

About My Church Plant
My ministry area is located in and around Montreal, an ethnically diverse metropolitan city of around 3 million people. Montreal is the second largest city in Canada and located in the province of Quebec. The emphasis of my outreach is to people from other faith backgrounds.
Since 2020, I have served with the ministry Hayat Afdal, an outreach that uses Facebook ads to offer Arabic Bibles to those interested. As part of this ministry, I have personally visited and delivered Bibles to individuals who responded to the ads. This ministry led me to meet several Algerian individuals. During 2024, I helped them to start a church in their native tongue. In addition, I regularly do open-air evangelism. I am actively involved in discipleship in several groups. Also, in conjunction with Send Relief I facilitate the support of 20 refugee families.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
