About My Family
I am from Florida originally, but grew up mostly in South Carolina. I went to college at Charleston Southern University in South Carolina. The Lord used my time there to equip me and show me how great a mission He was inviting me to join Him on. I first came out to Utah for the summer of 2022 through Gensend. The Lord then brought me to Ogden, Utah, full time in May of 2023.
The Lord has been kind to give me a broken heart for the lost people here in Utah and for believers here to be discipled in order to go out on mission to their neighbors. Additionally, I am burdened for women who have been hurt and abused by people who claim to believe in God. Because of this, and my desire to be equipped to disciple others well, I have started my Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling online through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

About My Church Plant
Utah as a whole is less than 3% evangelical Christian, with Ogden being around 2%. Ogden is known as the “black sheep” of Utah. It is a city filled with people who are outcasts because they don’t fit in with the picture perfect Latter Day Saints (LDS) families in other cities. We are also home to Weber State University of about 30,000 students.
I currently serve at Redemption Church Ogden as our discipleship director. I also help run our young adult/college ministry. At our church, we have so many new believers who desire to grow through discipleship to look more like Jesus and share Him with our neighbors. It is also a blessing to hear women’s stories and point them to the rest and freedom found in Jesus.
