About My Family

Hellooo—my name is Martha (Georgina)!

I am from Hastings, Nebraska. I come from a big family of nine brothers and four sisters. I also have a cat named Atticus! I grew up Catholic, but through my older sister, I was able to experience Christianity. Early in high school, I got saved, and following that, I went through some hard trials that led me to leave the church.

Later in my senior year, I went back to church and found my purpose in God. After I graduated, I moved to Lincoln, Nebraska, and got connected with the Christian Challenge. It has been an amazing experience that has helped me grow with God in so many different ways, but especially my heart toward the ministry. I can’t wait to help students find their purpose, too!

About My Ministry

I am a student intern for Christian Challenge in Lincoln. Our mission is to help students COMMIT to Christ, PREPARE their hearts for a lifetime of following Jesus, and ADVANCE the gospel across Lincoln and the ends of the earth.

As an intern, I lead a weekly discipleship group, disciple individual students, help out with fun events for our students, and more!
