About My Family
Tina and I have been married for 38 amazing years and blessed with two adult children—Joshua and Katie. Our family loves the Lord deeply, enjoys traveling, and has a soft spot for a good fireworks show!
We also have a heart for those with disabilities. At our sending church, Tina and I started a ministry for adults with intellectual, mental and physical challenges, built on the belief that “God doesn’t make junk; we are all created in His image.”
In ministry since 1995, I’ve also spent 13 years working in education, specifically with autistic students, and I am currently serving full-time at Cincinnati Public Schools. This dual calling has equipped me with a unique set of skills to nurture and grow the hearts and minds of God’s people. Together, our family looks forward to this new journey with faith and excitement!

About My Church Plant
River City Church was born from Tina’s and my passion for reaching people in Cincinnati’s East End who are far from God, as well as those who have been hurt or disillusioned by past church experiences. We want to create a welcoming space for people to encounter Christ, build community and experience transformation through God’s Word. Our mission is shaped by our core values: gospel-centeredness, intentional connection, community-mindedness and generous stewardship.
We’re planting in the historic neighborhoods of Columbia Tusculum and the East End, along the scenic Ohio River, near downtown Cincinnati. As we get to know and serve this community, we are excited about what God has in store and are ready to pursue those who need to know His love.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
