About My Family
My wife, Lucy, and I have been involved in college ministry at San Diego State University for 10 years. Currently, we are helping Del Cerro Baptist Church to establish a college/young adult ministry with a focus on discipleship and deep biblical teaching.
We have four children—a 10-year-old daughter, Nora; two twin boys, Isaiah and Daniel; and a 2-year-old boy, Elias.

About My Ministry
We believe college students are the future. In college, people are making decisions that will affect the rest of their lives. We believe that if they choose to follow Christ with their whole hearts while in college, it will not only affect them but also their future families, the people around them, college campuses and the world in which we live.
Therefore, we have a three-fold strategy for reaching and discipling college students—discover, develop, deploy.
Discover– We do evangelism on campus to discover those students who are eager to grow and are ready to hear and receive the gospel.
Develop– We disciple college students in the context of the local church so they are grounded in their faith.
Deploy– Our goal is to help them get ready to make disciples after they graduate.
