About My Family

Kristi and I have been married for 17 years. We have four adult children and five kids still at home. Our 17-year-old son, Jahvar-Zion, is a high-school athlete who plays soccer and basketball. Lillee-Anna (13) is an active member of the Color/Winter Guard. Ari-Anna (11) loves all things pink and is an avid reader. Olivi-Anna (9) loves cats and making people laugh. Kirstie-Anna (8) is the mini mom of the family who keeps everyone on their toes!

Together we enjoy attending high-school sporting events, reaching out to the community and volunteering with Make-A-Wish CT, who played an important role in our family’s journey with our daughter, Lillee-Anna’s intractable epilepsy diagnosis. As parents, our desire is to raise Jesus-loving kids who are equipped to share the gospel.

About My Church Plant

Genesis Church’s mission is to share Christ, invest in people and advance the kingdom of God. We are sharing Christ by evangelizing in the community and serving the community through our outreach ministry, Community Connections, which has established ministries in the community that provide meals, personal care items, back-to-school supplies and even prom dresses for those in need. We are investing in people by meeting basic physical needs, spiritual needs and discipling new leaders.

Genesis Church is the first church plant in a string of planned church plants that will be used to advance the kingdom of God. We believe that everyone has a purpose in the kingdom, and we aim to help believers identify that calling, develop it and use it in ministry.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.

Pray

Our prayer request is that God would show us where to reap the harvest in Windham County so people would be saved, lives will be changed and families would flourish. Furthermore, we pray that God would show us the right path to take into full-time ministry so we would have more time to be in the community reaching people for Christ.
