About My Family

I am a husband, father, pastor and chaplain with a deep passion for teaching God’s Word clearly. God’s Word is practical and life-changing. My wife and I have been married for more than 30 years. We are the proud parents of three grown daughters and two sons-in-law.

I hold a B.A. and an M.A. from The Criswell College, as well as an M.Div. and D.Min. from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. My ministry experience includes pastoring churches, serving as a chaplain and mentoring leaders to live out their calling with confidence and grace.

When I’m not teaching or writing, I enjoy spending time with my family, encouraging others in their walk with Christ and sharing the hope of the gospel with people from all walks of life.

About My Ministry

I serve as an SBC-endorsed correctional chaplain for Arkansas and am also a bivocational pastor at Shepherd Hill Baptist Church.
