About My Family
I was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Jesus saved me when I was 22 years old—lost, broken and blind to my sin—until God in His mercy gave me a new heart. God used His Word and the faithful witness of a local pastor to bring me to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus. However, it wasn’t until our family arrived at Sovereign Hope Church in Missoula, Mont., that I began to be intentionally discipled, setting off tremendous growth in my love and understanding of God, the Word and His Church.
I am married to my beloved wife, Ellyn, and together we have three delightful children—Gracelyn, Joshua and Elisabeth.
I recently completed a pastoral residency at Sovereign Hope, and I am pursuing my M.Div. through The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

About My Ministry
After coming on staff with our campus ministry years ago, the Lord planted a seed for missions after attending Cross Conference with the students. This began several years of praying that the Lord would be pleased to send our family to the nations. We were recently affirmed by the elders and congregation at our church and hope to be sent out in the next couple of years.
I plan on coming on staff full-time at our local church in order to gain more pastoral experience and to continue in my seminary studies.
We long to see the day when people from every tribe, nation and tongue worship at the feet of Jesus; therefore, we aspire to plant a church among the least and the unreached in order to share the good news of the gospel.
