About My Family
Three years ago, Audrey and I began to sense God was calling our family back to West Virginia, where I grew up. I had served as a pastor in Richmond, Va., for 10 years with Remnant Church. We had planned to be there for life. Because of the tragic overdose of a friend in my hometown, we decided to move back to West Virginia to share the hope of the gospel.
We were sent by Remnant Church in August of 2019 to Berkeley Springs, W.V., with the hope of seeing a healthy church planted.

About My Church Plant
Berkeley Springs is a beautiful place in which to live. It is in close proximity to Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Being adjacent to these other states creates a strategic opportunity for Wellspring Church. It is one of two locations in West Virginia where there is population and economic growth. This region is home to more than 265,000 people who live, work and play together.
But this region is also a place of darkness and death. It is has been called the New Age Capital of the East Coast. It has one of the highest overdose rates in the United States. There are few healthy churches in this region. It would require a two-hour drive in almost every direction to find a healthy church.
This is our burden! We want to see a movement of healthy, joy-saturated churches planted throughout this region.
