About My Family
We are from Cuba. We moved to the U.S. in November 2012. I have been happily married for 24 years.
The Lord blessed us with two children. Our daughter is 20 years old, and our son is 18. Our daughter is a student at the University of Central Florida, earning a degree in human resources. Our son is in Seminole State College, earning a degree in physical therapy.
My wife is a home-care aide. She loves serving and caring for people who have special needs. Also, she is earning a certification as a medical assistant.

About My Church Plant
We have served the Lord in different ministries in Cuba since 1998, first as planters, then as pastors. We have also served as youth teachers and coordinators of small groups and Sunday School. We currently live in the city of Orlando and are planting a Spanish-speaking church as part of University Baptist Church.
I have a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, and I am currently earning a master’s degree in the same area at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
