About My Family

Greetings, or in my first language “kamusta.” Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and the ministry that God has called us to. I am happily married to my beautiful wife, Josephine. We have two children and three grandchildren. We are originally from the Philippines and moved to Canada more than two years ago.

Josephine and I enjoy exploring the various neighborhoods of Edmonton and meeting different people from all sorts of cultures. More than anything, we love spending time with our family and church community.

About My Church Plant

I have served as a church planter and pastor in the Philippines and now in Canada. There are more than 70,000 Filipinos in Edmonton, and many of them are international students or low-skilled workers in need of community, support and ultimately the gospel. Our vision is to meet these students and workers where they are and invite them into community with our church family, People of God International Ministry of Edmonton, and ultimately into a gospel relationship with Jesus.

NAMB Church Planting

Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.

Pray

Pray for the our family as we work together in ministry. Pray the church will be established and will faithfully work to plant in other communities, too. Pray the Lord brings leaders who can help within the church. Pray for stamina and longevity for ministry amidst attacks from the enemy. Pray for more labourers to join them in the ministry.
