About My Family
I am a native Kichwa of Ecuador. When I was a little one, my parents decided to move to Colombia. I am Ecuadorian and Colombian by heart. I grew up in Colombia where I met my best friend, who became my father-in-law when he introduced me to his daughter, Mikaela.
God showed His mercy by letting me walk with Mikaela as my wife. We have been married for more than 12 years. We have two kids: Emma (10) and Lucas (3). We lived in Nashville, Tenn., for five and one-half years, serving in our church in different ministries.

About My Church Plant
Our church plant focuses on serving the Kichwa indigenous population in Astoria, Queens, in N.Y. The city of New York has been receiving immigrants from diverse cultural backgrounds. Various indigenous populations from South and Central America live in a city that is hostile to them. God called us to serve Him in Astoria by reaching my tribe, the Kichwas, but also to impact the community with the gospel of salvation.
NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
