About My Family
I have more than a decade of experience in Cambodian ministry, serving in various roles throughout New England. My wife, Popia, and I have a heart for the Cambodian community of 23,000 who live in Greater Boston.
We share this calling from God with a core group of Cambodians who are committed to planting life-giving, gospel-centered Cambodian churches in Lynn, Mass., and beyond. Throughout the journey, unworthy as we are, we have been continually provided for, cared for and equipped.
We are here and ready for what the Lord has in store!

About My Church Plant
Above the Hills Church is a church in Lynn, Mass., that strives to love God, to love people and to love for people to love God with a special emphasis on reaching second- and third-generation Cambodians.
NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
