About My Family
Heather and I have been married since 2005 and are blessed with four children: Olivia, McKinley, Jeremiah and Adeline. I earned a mechanical engineering degree from the Virginia Military Institute in 2004 and worked in education and commercial construction until 2014.
Heather earned her degree in athletic training in 2004 and now works part time as a physical therapist assistant while homeschooling our kids.
During those early years, God stirred in us a deep burden to preach the gospel and plant churches. In 2014, we moved to North Carolina to pursue an M.Div. at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, trusting God to lead us wherever He would send. Through His providence, He rooted our hearts in Raleigh, where we now joyfully serve and love our community.

About My Church Plant
January 2026, King’s Cross Church will be a Spirit-led, gospel-centered community in South Raleigh, marked by prayerful dependence, intentional discipleship, and bold mission. We will gather weekly for Christ-centered worship, form deep relationships through Gospel Communities and equip the next generation through thriving kids, student and college ministries.
Rooted in the hope of Jesus, we will raise up leaders, serve our neighbors and become known not just as a church that prays, but as a church shaped by prayer in every rhythm of life. Through God’s power and grace, King’s Cross will be a place of healing, belonging and hope—inviting all people into real life in the kingdom of God.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
