About My Family
I am a native New Englander who grew up in western Massachusetts/Connecticut. I attended high school, college and graduate school, all near the metro Boston area. My wife, Kathleen, and I have lived in the Boston area for about 35 years and in our Boston neighborhood for 20 years.
We have three adult daughters, two sons-in-law and one grandson. We have a great love for the gospel and for cities. All of our children grew up in the city of Boston.
We have been involved in pastoral ministry for more than 35 years and are presently at a Send Boston church plant called King’s Hill Boston. We are thankful that all of our children are actively involved in gospel-centered, Bible-based churches in the Northeast.

About My Church Plant
I serve as an executive catalyst and co-direct the Hub Institute. The Hub Institute is a study center that provides resources for our local church and other like-minded churches with gospel resources in the area of faith and work, as well as learning and theology labs through our pastor-scholar initiative.
My other responsibility is to serve as a scholar in residence for our city network of church plants/churches by resourcing their leaders and pastors in the area of preaching, theology, cultural apologetics and leadership development through church transitions and church size dynamics. I also teach as an adjunct professor in New Testament studies/theology for Gateway Seminary’s teaching site in Boston.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
