About My Family

I was born and raised in Spokane, Wash. I spent 10 years in the Seattle area before moving to Minnesota for seminary five years ago.

I am thrilled to be pastoring at Emmaus Church—it is a joy and a privilege to serve this body and the community of White Bear Lake.

I am happily married to Emily and am the joyful father of Maggie and Eden. We continue to pray that God would bless our family with even more little ones!

About My Church Plant

In Washington State, I served as a non-vocational elder for three years, while I worked in software sales. In 2016, my family relocated to Minneapolis, Minn., so I could attend Bethlehem Seminary.

After graduating in 2020, we planted Emmaus Church in White Bear Lake, Minn. I am grateful for our Sending Church, Bethlehem Baptist Church, and the many amazing team members who have helped make this launch a success and a joy. God continues to lead us and grow us—may it continue!

NAMB Church Planting

Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
