About My Family
I grew up in Wilson, N.C. In God’s kindness, I encountered the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection at an early age and became a follower of Christ. Observing the challenges of those around me sparked a deep desire to share the hope of Jesus with others. Following high school, I pursued theological education and successfully completed undergrad and graduate studies at a Christian college and seminary.
I met my wife, Jackie, in college. We have now been happily married for 12 years and have four incredible children. Jackie has been an unwavering partner in ministry and a great source of encouragement to me and many others.

About My Church Plant
After spending the first decade of marriage serving a church in Minnesota, we began to yearn for gospel growth in eastern North Carolina. After much prayer regarding church planting, God graciously provided me with the opportunity to partner with Redeemer Community Church in Fuquay-Varina to plant Gospel Hope Church in Greenville, N.C.
Gospel Hope Church seeks to be a gospel-centered church who faithfully looks to Jesus, loves one another and lives on mission. Their focus is on reaching the residents of the Greenville Heights area—which includes people from many backgrounds and ethnicities—with the hope of Jesus Christ.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions in North America are in desperate need of hope. Ultimately, the only hope that’s going to last - in this life and the next - is the hope of the gospel. North American missionaries build relationships and share this hope in their communities and beyond.
