About My Family
Yili and I got married in Beijing in 2005 and immigrated to Canada in 2009. We have been living and serving in Edmonton, Alberta, for 13 years. God has given us two lovely daughters. Ximei is 14 years old, and Yimei is 8 years old. We all enjoy living here and serving our community through our ministries.
About My Church Plant
After seven years of being involved with Young Life and eight years of serving in a local Chinese church in Edmonton, Yili and I received a calling from our Lord to plant a new model church for a new generation in 2021. We call this model “Family + Zoom.”
Every Saturday night, we get together in small family groups and meet to worship together through Zoom. Once a month, those living in the same city get together in person to worship.
We started our ministry at August 2021 with three families and now have 15 families from Edmonton, Calgary, Beijing, Lanzhou, Anshan and Xian. Our mission is to love the new generation and to present them to God, perfect in their relationship with Christ. Our vision is to build a united family of God full of Christ’s love and truth all over the world.
