About My Family
My wife, Maeci, and I met at Mississippi College and got married in 2021. We have been living and working in New Orleans ever since.
We just welcomed our first son, Judah, in 2023, and we absolutely love being parents! In addition to my work with our church, I’m currently working on a Ph.D. in Old Testament. I get to spend a lot of my time studying Scripture for the church and the classroom, and I love it!
Maeci, Judah and I enjoy spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, fishing or biking, we love to stay active. We’re very thankful to be able to raise our family in a city full of vibrant culture and kingdom work.

About My Church Plant
The Church in Michoud is a church plant launched in 2022 by three families who are passionate about making disciples of Jesus. Michoud is a neighborhood in New Orleans east of about 12,000 people. The community has more than its fair share of cultural and social issues, but its greatest problem is its lack of gospel proclamation.
The Church in Michoud is one of the only churches bringing the gospel to Michoud, and transportation issues keep a lot of Michoud’s residents from making it to another church in a different part of the city. We believe that despite all the barriers to the gospel, God cares for Michoud and is working in the hearts of its people—we want to be part of that work.
The Church in Michoud is a family of disciples led by God to see Michoud transformed by the gospel.

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
