About My Family
What’s up everyone! My name is William, and I grew up in southeast Oklahoma with two older brothers. My parents are pecan farmers and own a small retail store that they have been running most of my life. I recently got married in June of 2025 to my wife, Alisa. She is the greatest gift the Lord has given me outside himself and such a help in the work I am doing here. She is also from southeast Oklahoma and works for the American Heart Association.
I recently graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SOSU) and am now pursing a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I don’t think I have any real hobbies. If I had to name one, it would just have to be my enjoyment of coffee and the process of making it. I am sure there is more I could say, but there is a little about me and my family.

About My Ministry
God has called me to serve at SOSU’s Baptist Collegiate Ministry. I am so thankful He called me to such a ministry. College campuses are such a strategic place to reach the future generations of our world with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Many students come to our campus from all different walks of life to challenge and expand their understanding of their future, the world and, ultimately, themselves. I hope they can meet the truth of their creator and see by the power of the Spirit that their hope is not in worldly things, but in Jesus Christ.
Practically, how I get to do this is through discipling young guys in our ministry, helping them learn how to study the Bible faithfully and share the gospel boldly, and as well as our ministry events and any other opportunity that might present itself.
