About My Family
I am a church planter in North York, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario.
About My Church Plant
The name was inspired by the passage in Mark 6. After the disciples were busy with their ministry for a while, also because of the persecution of John the Baptist, Jesus called His disciples to go to a “quiet place” to rest and experience the power of His kingdom before they went back to engage the world. Based on the passage in Mark 6, we have the following visions:
Vision and Leadership–Quest for God’s kingdom and quiet in front of God daily (Isaiah 30:15, Mark 6).
Church– Unique individuals in Jesus’ body and unity through diversity in God’s household (1 Corinthian 12).
Mission– Include all the nations and interdependence on each other (Revelation 7:9-10).
Evangelism and Fellowship– Evangelize the world and eat together (Mark 6).
Discipleship– Trust the power of the Holy Spirit and teach all the commandments (Matthew 28).

NAMB Church Planting
Millions living in North America have not been reached with the gospel. But a new church makes change possible in an unreached neighborhood.
Send Network church planters immerse themselves in a community, learning the rhythms and culture as they establish relationships with the lost. A church plant grows out of the evangelism efforts of the planter and his core team.
